I'm having some problems with Menu Editor v1.2.3 and Magpie v3.2.6. Magpie addons.mozilla.org/firefox/253/ makes it easy to download media/pages, orignally written by Ben Goodger www.bengoodger.com/software/tabloader. It was updated for Firefox 1.5 by Christian magpie.vayana.org/ and seems to be maintained. Anyway, when I enable Menu Editor and use it to hide say "Web search" from the Tools menu, the Magpie's "Save Media Ctrl+Shfft+S" menu item in the File menu disappears and it replaced with something else. It seems that any modification by Menu Editor shows the problem. Also, the shortcut key Ctrl+Shfft+S now opens the Menu Editor options page!! That's why I have a feeling Menu Editor may have something wrong or there's a clash somewhere.

Looks like a problem with magpie magpie is using the same id for two different menuitems, pretty much a no no if you want to be able to identify a menu item uniquely, which menu editor has to do menuitem_bengoodger.comTabLoaderSaveMedia
ctrl+shift+s is a valid conflict, we are using that key combo too. In a future version, the key will be configurable

The problem with the menuitems und the ids should be fixed now in the current (3.2.7) release.
Thanks,
Christian
