configuration for Kaspersky?

Does anyone know how to configure Download Scan for Kaspersky Anti-Virus to automatically scan the downloaded files?
Path: C:\Programme\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Anti-Virus Personal\kav.exe
Arguments: /SE [Path]
only opens Kaspersky Anti-Virus settings ...

Every antivirus program is different
Look at the documentation for your version of kaspersky

From what I saw, version 4.5 has command line parameters, but there is nothing said in the docs for version 5.0

As it seems I do not really need the Download Scan since Kaspersky scans any downloaded file anyway.
