I cannot get my Norton 2002 to scan a downloaded file using your download scan extension. I remember that I had to do something to the path to get it to work with AVG. What do I have to do to get it to work with Norton? Maybe I am pointing to the wrong Norton file? Thanks in advance, Carolyn

I finally figured it out. I was pointing to the wrong Norton file.

If you would like to share how you're setup I'm sure it'll help others in the future.

I am runing Norton AntiVirus 2002. Under the Download Scan extension, I pointed the program to Program Files/Norton AntiVirus/Navw32.exe.
In the Path I put the following: /SE [Path]

i am also having problems getting it to scan with NAV, it did previously with firefox ver1.0 etc.
I set the program location to: Program Files/Norton AntiVirus/Navw32.exe. Path to C:\ and have tried path:/SE [Path]
but it refuses to scan.
Call me dumb but can anyone help?

Program location should be: "C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Navw32.exe" (without quotes) (if that is where it is installed - you should verify that it is) Arguments should be: "/SE [Path]" (without quotes) OR, some have reported previously that putting a space in front of the arguments helps, like: " /SE [Path]" (without quotes)
