Hi, I like to install/uninstall many add-ons, but when I uninstall some of them, the items of them still exist in such as tab menu or page context menu in menu editor, the only method to remove these dead items is reset all settings of menu editor, any other good solution please?

I wonder if Menu Editor is not showing items that some extensions place in the prefs.js file in the Firefox profile? It is not at all uncommon for extensions that have been removed to not remove such entries, and it would not surprise me if were such entries that Menu Editor is showing, on the grounds that, to Menu Editor, the extensions are still present due to the prefs.js information.
Do I know this? No. Is it a supposition? Yes. If correct, then there is likely little that can be done, other than to close FF, open prefs.js, search for and remove now-extraneous information.
