Hey there, Thanks for the extension, now it's updated looks even better. By the way I'd want to ask you if you could improve it with a color fading option; here's my settings: from 0 to 25 KB/sec it's green from 25 to 75 KB/sec it's yellow from 75 to 125 KB/sec it's orange over 125 KB/sec it's red With the fading option on, when download speed is around 120 it will look far away from orange and more red; this way colors are much more useful. Hope you understand me.

I think you are talking about making the color continously variable dependent on the speed, so it would smoothly blend from orange to red? This is actually the first thing I tried and while it worked, it didn't turn out very well, because I ended up getting a lot of ugly colors inbetween. It is hard to know mathmatically how to blend orange to red in a nice way, but maybe there are some color experts out there that could do it. I still have the code to do this, so I may play around with it more in the future.

I was actually just going to make this suggestion, but it sounds like you guys are already on it! Good stuff.
I've got a couple thoughts on the continuously variable method. How about just picking two colors, one for low and one for high, and then do gradations between the two?
That should make it easier to calculate, and the colors would be more predictable. You could do a smooth transition from grey to bright blue for example, kinda like your default settings.
I like like those defaults by the way. The faster it goes, the more color it adds. Just seems to make sense that way for some reason.
