Just a little help please

Hi, basically I wanted to edit the right-click menu for it to display a new bar that is expandable that says "Forums" and in that for it to go to certain sections of the forum. (I could write the name, and the links of course) I was just wondering, could this extension do this? If it can, can you guys help a bit. Thanks

Hi, I don't think i made myself too clear. I basically want to have a right-click menu that has a folder in which it has a link to a certain webpage (once clicked, it would open in a new tab)

Anyone know of something like this?
