I have a suggestion to the dev...
As opposed to having DLSB or DLS pass the work off to the antivirus programs 'directly'... would it be possible to have the shell extension be used?
To use AVG 8 as an example, as there are issues between DLSB and it, could downbar somehow be told to call avgse.dll?
Considering that every antivirus has a shell extension... wouldn't calling it instead of the exes be a preferable method?
If doing so is possible to do as things are right now, I'd like to know.
Also, if such is possible, it might be a technique to implement in the next version of DLSB and DLS.
(yes I am aware I also posted this idea in the DLSB forum, but, as it concerns DLS as well... I found it to be appropriate to post here too. )
