Sub-menu errors

Hi,
1) this extension is really a nice idea, thanx!
2) Since I installed it, flashgot and scrapbook items, normally available in relative submenus, went in the main contextual menu: it's a mess!
How can I prevent this? Maybe I have to wait for next release?

Do flashgot and scrapbook have their own settings for determining how their context menu items are displayed? Some extensions are known to move their menu items dynamically in ways that are not compatible menu editor.
